Cognitive Retail

The holiday season isn't all smiles and sunshine. It's long-lines, packed stores, sold-out products and screaming children. We aimed to alleviate shoppers' gift-getting and giving anxieties with the first cognitive experience in IBM's outthink campaign.

We launched a full mall takeover, LED board animations, a dome show experience and The Gift of Insight gift-giving app at San Francisco's Westfield Center to prove the power of cognitive insights during the holiday season craziness. 

Cognitive Retail was named ACE Award's Best OOH Campaign.
